In a survey conducted by Indiana Fashion Foundation in 2021, 85.6% of respondents indicated that — if possible — they would be interested in pursuing fashion careers while living in Indiana.

It is our goal to incorporate diverse events and activations into the programming of Indiana Fashion Week to incubate the elements of a strong fashion industry, which include creativity, community, and commerce. These opportunities allow individuals to utilize their education and skills to fulfill fashion industry functions, which — when partnered with education & training — can create avenues for expanding or developing professional roles that will aid in growing Indiana’s fashion workforce.
